System:
Board : P/N 141-BL - E757-TR
(2) Corsair 8gig, 1600mhz, slot 1,3
Graphic; EVGA GFORCE 9500 CT
Intel core 7 processor
Cmos battery reading 2.9v
CPU : Corsair CX750 M
Win10 enterprise.

I built this system around 2010/11, and never used it do to changes in my bz. It was stored and then put into service around 2015/16. It has operated with no issues other than having to replace the power unit around 2020. It stays on 24/7. The board is not overclocked.

A few days ago we were having power outages so to not risk the system with a possible clamp issue at the surge protector when the power came back on I shut the surge protector off, but did unplug the PC from the outlet. The next day when the power was restored I went to turn on the unit and got nothing. Unit will not boot from the case or the board power button. I pulled the cmos battery checked voltage got 2.9v. left the battery out for 15 minutes. Nothing. The only light that comes on is the blue led, no other lights. I installed a new power source no change.

I pulled the memory moved them around nothing. This system runs a bz, and I'm trying to avoid a complete upgrade build. Yes I know all the components are older, just trying to get it up and running through the rest of the year, I have multiple HD's of info I need to access asap.

Any suggestions on what to check because I'm stumped. If the boards bad is there an alternative board new or used you can recommend that I can plug everything into?

Cheers and thx in advance for your help.
