I've had an account with EVGA for quite a few years now.   Last year I signed up for the queue system for a 3000 series GPU.  Unfortunately I used a different email address for the queue than my regular account email.  I was notified of the queue system change and was trying to update my selected GPUs.   Of course when signing in to my regular acct the Notify doesn't show anything since my regular account uses a different email address.

So what is the best way to proceed?   I can simply create a new account using the newer email address(the one used for the queue signup).  I did attempt a password reset for that email account but never received a password reset email so I have to assume an account was never setup for that email address.   Or can I update this account somehow to reflect the queue?   I actually began to sign up with a new account but then thought the duplicate info might cause issues.   So thought I'd ask here first.

I would call cust. support and tell them your situation.
Give them your old info and new info and see if they can fix it for you.

Per EVGA rules, members are not allowed to have multiple accounts, so speaking directly with EVGA is going to be your best bet.

Well crap I went to send a message to support only to be greeted with a message I entered the incorrect Captcha.   I am not seeing a Captcha graphic.   I suppose it's my Ad blocker that is preventing.  It's always something.

reCaptcha doesn’t usually require images or text, from my understanding, but goes off of previous captcha information.
