Gotta shoutout AMD for being so open about the issues with w11 and their cpus. Basically the L3 cache is 3x as slow on w11 vs w10. I don't believe they mentioned the downclock issue but either way its a huge performance hit. Stick with 21h1 w10.

    So, AMD needs to fix with microcode ... or MS needs to debug their product

    Two fixes will come out this month to resolve this. One from Microsoft and the other from AMD.
