So this is my first time ever installing a new gpu, I watched many videos before doing it and did it step by step. After I finished I downloaded the precision x1 app and it shows my power and everything else on my card at 0, it will only let me adjust one fan. I tried doing the process over uninstalling the drivers and then reinstalling, changing the bios on the card, nothing seems to work, I’ve triple checked my wiring and everything seems fine. Anyone have any ideas for me to try or know what I’m not doing right?

Try installing version 1.2.1.0 after doing the above steps.

Sadly I’m still having the same issue, this is my second 3080 with the same issue that’s why I don’t think it’s a card issue, and that it’s something I missed.

Could it be something with my motherboard?

This might be a stupid question, but considering you are a first timer it could be possible: did you download and install the driver from Nvidia website?

Did you verify that Windows is using the 3080Ti instead of the iGPU on the CPU?

Yes, I just checked everything in settings and task manger. It all says it’s switched to the 3080ti

Also yes haha I did download the drivers from there website.

    Your motherboard isn’t the issue.

I’m just having a hard time figuring it out, like I said this is my second card with the same issue I sent the last one back via RMA but what’s the chances I get another card with the same issue.

To confirm the card is the issue test it in another known good working computer.

Okay, I’ll bring the card to my friends house tomorrow and test it out on his PC.

When you installed Precision X1 did you also install LED Sync?
If not try reinstalling and install LED Sync - you may then get a firmware update during the process.

My EVGA 3080Ti has been unresponsive since I purchased it last July. I tried it on my ASUS ROG crosshair VI, but no go even after NVIDIA driver install and the graphics card populated in the device manager folder.  So, I put off contacting EVGA until I could confirm it on a completely new build using an ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII, Ryzen 9 5950X CPU, ASUS Thor Power Supply to monitor power draw (no power increase or fluctuation after initial start-up), ASUS Ryujin 240 AIO and 2TB M.2 and 1TB M.2, and 32GB 4600 RAM. The card starts up nicely, all 3 fans are operational, and it cycles through RGB, but no HDMI or DP output.  Fortunately, tech support came to the same conclusion and is starting the RMA process to replace it. If you haven't done so, I recommend getting with EVGA tech support.  Hopefully, the new card works.
