EVGA has done probably more than any other company to combat scalping

Yeah that's true, I guess credit's due here and it's only fair.
Most brands selling in the EU don't have stores at all and just send us to retailers (who's prices have been pumped up to high heaven of course), and from the few that do have stores, they're actually operated by 3rd parties and rarely have stock, while the 3rd party's main website has stock of the exact same product at an inflated price. At least that's what I see in my area. How peculiar, isn't it?

As a matter of fact I actually called an physical store in Belgium, your country from what I see, to ask if they deliver across borders xD
They had better (although still high) prices than the local retailers and I figured shipping is cheaper than getting it here, but sadly they did not do business in the rest of the EU, or maybe I was just too far away, who knows.

You can try computeruniverse.net. They are located in Germany. At the top of their webpage you can change the language from German to English. They ship to all EU countries. Another to try is https://www.caseking.de/en

I've mostly put out valid arguments and criticism, or tried to as much as possible

You forgot the 2nd part, turning a relative statement, a claim of effort into an absolute statement meaning claim of results. I know I sometimes step on the bulb, but I try to keep that in mind and not overdo it. Means a lot coming from a guy collecting strawman arguments anyway. I have mostly tried to bring counterarguments to your claims, even if you considered I failed to do so, but instead of a civil discussion I got strawmen and ad hominem-s, you most certainly aren't leading by example yourself.

I find it funny that people think that we don't have any measures in place to prevent people from purchasing multiple products from different accounts.

I have no reason to be nice and polite in my commentary (except maybe a possible ban or suspension)...

This comment could be construed as a snide comment about the stupidity of your consumer base. I think it would behoove you
to either remove this, or edit it ...but perhaps that's just me..

As a companies representative, there are ways to make this type of comment without debasing consumers you rely upon.

Thank you, I am already keeping an eye on caseking. I'm hoping they will get some stock on the XC 3080's or the FTW3 3080s, as those are currently out of stock and they are the most fairly priced from their whole offering, regardless of brand, most others being way over 1.1k euro.
For context the FTW3 Ultra available for the EU in the EVGA store (10G-P5-3897-KL) comes to around 940 euro with VAT in my region, shipping aside, vat being 19% here, caseking's price is about 180 euros higher, that's a lot of money where I come from xD
I'm also already signed up to multiple other vendors including LDLC (all of it's subsidiaries, from France to Italy and everything in between) for availability notifications, and some others who are in limbo in my bookmarks.
Thank you for the tips, I didn't mean to sound ungrateful if I did, I'm just really stubborn when it comes to my money :P

New queue system and the new account sms verification seem like a step in the right direction

I'm wondering how do those scalpers actually receive their GPUs from the EVGA queue if they are registered with fake shipping addresses?

Regarding shopping in other countries:
You can use forwarder services for EU web stores that do not deliver to your country.
Sometimes those services end up costing even cheaper than shipping to you from the store!

For example, I live in Latvia and I have used a forwarder a few times to buy stuff from a store in Germany that has free shipping within Germany but 30 EUR shipping to Latvia (and many Germany stores do not ship to Latvia at all). So, I ordered an item to the forwarder's warehouse address and they notified me after they had received and weighed the package and calculated the final costs. It worked pretty well, no problems so far.

EVGA does not allow forwarding companies as a delivery address, so this does not have any effect on the EVGA queue scenario.

Purchasing from an actual store also does not have any effect on the EVGA queue.

I would assume that most people shipping to fake addresses are caught in the process of attempting to purchase, as their address wouldn’t line up properly to get verified.
