I am receiving the following error when trying to register my evga PSU (220-P2-0850):
 
"The Serial Number is not related to the part number. If you are outside North America, please check your profile under Member Home to ensure your country is set properly."
 
My profile is set to the United States and I am in the USA. I have had no trouble registering graphics cards. I also hope it is not a problem if this was bought a few years ago and forgot to register.

There have been problems on the site.  If you can't get it registered, contact customer service tomorrow:

    Yes thanks, it was me actually, I forgot one digit.
     
    Instead of making a new thread I'll continue here. 
     
    My RMA is on step two and I need to provide collateral payment. When I click the link to submit cc information, I get "The specified transaction was not found" error. Will this fix itself soon, or do I require assistance?

    There are still sporadic problems on the site.  However, have you used this cc with EVGA before and if not, does the cc your using have the same billing address that EVGA has for you?  I'm just trying to check off any other possibilities.
     
    Personally, since it is still early enough, I would call customer service, the number below, and try and complete the transaction directly.
