Is anyone here using an eGPU box over thunderbolt?  I was thinking about building a whole desktop, but I also like the idea of not having multiple computers (first world problems I know).  Maybe get a sweet 13" laptop with thunderbolt 4 and plug into an thunderbolt 3 eGPU device.
 
If you're running this setup:

• What is your eGPU make/model?
• What GPU do you use?
• If your laptop is small, do you experience bottlenecks at the CPU?
• What games do you play?
• Are there any games that don't work well with this setup?
