I cannot register my new video card or power supply as the Notify.asp website is bugged

Anyone have this issue?  I cannot register any of my new EVGA products because the website seems stuck in a loop since I got my 3060 ti from them.  Tried Edge to make sure it wasn't just a browser issue.  Any other ideas?
 
I get the error
"You have already purchased the maximum quantity allocated per person for this product."
which then doesn't load the stuff I need on the page IE registration.

    Clear the cache and cookies?

    i cant register my card... sending msg to webmaster only one way to solve this?
    trying to use incognito and different browsers.
