Is AntOnline an Authorized Reseller, they carry a large spectrum of EVGA but I can't find any "authorized reseller" list on the site.

I thought it depended on if they got there card from one of the distributors then they would be okay. I have heard or at least seen a couple of computer shops that supposedly verified with EVGA that their cards were good for step up as while the card was purchased from them retail it came from the distributor who provides to the retail. I would probably call antonline and evga.

If you have a serial number, we can look up where the card was shipped, but it would be best to contact AntOnline to verify where they receive their cards from. If it's directly from one of our Authorized Distributors, then the card would be eligible for Step-Up.

EVGA Support was able to confirm that "it depends". Basically, once you get the device in they check the Serial #. So there is no way to validate ahead of purchase. Given the current environment I went ahead and took the risk. The minute it arrived I registered and had support verify. All good! Was able to get a 3060 and it is now in the StepUp queue for a 3080Ti. So good luck!

I purchased an "Exclusive EVGA Bundle" from Antonline that included a GTX 1660 Super, Z15 Keyboard, and 650w Supernova G3. I'm hoping to step up and sure hope EVGA will allow the step up.

Just to close the loop on this discussion: they just shipped my 3080Ti. I got a 3060 from AntOnline as part of a bundle (monitor, cpu, psu, keyboard) and got in the 3080Ti queue on June 3rd at 8:12 am. Step 2 triggered June 7th at 2:18 pm. Just got tracking information (final step) on June 15th at 5 pm. Amazing service from EVGA!

I've now called Ant several times and emailed them as well. They keep sending the same invoice and according to EVGA's T&C you HAVE to have an itemized invoice with the price paid clearly marked for each item. Ant seems incapable of understanding this.

Everything in the bundles is exactly MSRP down to the cent so when it asks for how much you paid, just enter the MSRP for the card you bought.

Another thing to keep in mind is that we do adjust the prices entered for Step-Ups to correct for any mistakes when entering. We check on every step-up, so if you're really worried about putting in the wrong price, don't worry, since we'll make sure everything is correct.

bumping this slightly, but has this changed or AntOnline not being an authorized reseller? I went to the "where to buy" page on EVGA and Antonline is listed. I just bought a 3070 bundle from them because they were listed on the EVGA "where to buy list" and now I'm slightly worried that my warranty wouldn't be covered etc. as I just ran across this thread

Yes Antonline is an authorized reseller: https://www.evga.com/products/wheretobuy.aspx. When you get your bundle, register the GPU with EVGA: https://www.evga.com/support/register.asp. If you are planning to do a Step Up, you'll need to upload your invoice. Here is the info on Step Ups: https://www.evga.com/support/stepup/. One important thing to remember, particularly these days, is that for the Step-Up, EVGA will only credit the GPU you are stepping up from at EVGA's MSRP as listed on their product page. In other words, if you paid $1,500. for a GPU that has an EVGA MSRP of $1,000., you will get the $1,000. credit only. Hope this helps.
