I have just sent in my 1060 for a rma, and they received in yesterday. It has updated on the page to say “no open rma’s” but in rma history it shows a pending rma, with a replacement product with the same model number as the gpu I sent in, does that mean they were able to fix it, or that I’m getting the same gpu back or is that just how the rma sits until it’s updated?

This movement is due to "Open RMAs" being marked when we are waiting for you defective unit, while the pending RMA is when we are working on shipping your replacement.

If the card is available and in stock for RMA we will always attempt to replace with the same model you purchased. If one is not available it will be replaced based on relative performance and does not factor in aesthetics (RGB, BackPlate) or VRAM

My GTX 1060 failed and it was replaced with the same model fine. EVGA is solid for problems with cards.

I do use the GTX 1060 anymore the EVGA RTX 2080 has taken over and so far it has been stable even with Halo: Infinite that pushes the card to wall at 4K
