If you're willing to pay far over MSRP there is retail stock to be found. Otherwise if you're in an EVGA queue you'll need a lot of patience.

There is supposed to be a best buy gpu restock either thursday or friday. There are also some good gpu drop discord servers that are pretty helpful with getting gpus at msrp.

Newegg shuffle. You can get anywhere from 1-6 chances daily. Most ppl I know including myself that entered everyday have had success eventually. Have not entered since got 3080ti...but def seemed to be more just GPUs vs. having to buy combo deals with items you don't need in recent month.

At the present time, you are looking at many months or more. People have been in some queues for about a year depending on the SKU. Some SKUs move faster than others.

Today there are lines at Best Buy to try and get a card. Best Buy is giving those in line tickets. This is probably one of the few ways to get a card via the retail channel.

You can join as many queues as you want as long as you would be happy with the product I would just sign up for all of them and see what happens. I would also look at things like the Best Buy product drop since it's good to know when you get to the store how long the line is.

I think Microcenter in US has some cards, but it isn't as cheap as the FE cards that only BB seems to have.

If you live near a microcenter store location, many people have been posting pictures of their local microcenter with many graphics cards in stock at or near MSRP. However, they are often the higher MSRP models.

I took the plunge and did just that from an official retailer who is selling the older 3080 ti's on their eBay store. The price was a scalp, but it was underscalped by around $300 compared to other scalpers.
