new installation of evga 3090 FTW3 ultra. x1 logo loads then disappears and nothing happens. I have tried all trouple shooting tips from the evga website and a few from here to no avail. it did perform the firmware update the first time and has not worked since.
system is:
aours z490 master
intell I9-10850k
32gb corsair vengeance pro
evga ftw3 ultra

No errors in event viewer? Does it open on another windows user account?

it does not open under another user. i do see an event viewer error PrecisionX_x64.exe

i get an error code for the x64 config and it wont let it proceed if i ignore it will install with the same results

You could try Revo Uninstaller to remove PX1 and the leftover files/folders/registry entries..Then restart your PC..Then install PX1 again.

You could try to remove PX1 and the leftover files/folders/registry entries..Then restart your PC..Then install PX1 again.
didn't work looks like ill have to call tech support tomorrow I've tried everything i can think of.

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed? A couple of the redists are included in the PX1 Program Folder under the "Redist" folder - you could always try re-installing from there. (DirectX is also included).
