How to fin out my EVGA motherboard warranty info after 12 years?

Hi. My Graphic card is going for warranty replacement. Later i remember i have on my EVGA motherboard Lifetime Warranty registered but I was unable to find any registered hardware here. I don't think if I have any remaining papers after decade. 
Can you help me to find out what to do and how to do please?

    I would email EVGA Customer Service and ask.  Make sure to include your serial number and they should be able to track it.

    A product may have a lifetime warranty if 1) it is a product that EVGA offers a lifetime warranty for, 2) you live in the region where the lifetime warranty is offered, 3) you are the original owner who purchased it from an authorized retailer, and 4) you register the product within 30 days of purchase.

    12 years later isn't within 30 days of purchase. I wouldn't waste your time at this point.

    OP stated he had it registered already and if his signature block is any indication, he may still be using the Classified X58. 
     
    As far as his geographic location, unknown, but based on his avatar, he has an affinity for Georgia.  Of course this means I should have given him the EU contact information.
