Quality and price are the main contributors to a purchase. At least for me anyway.

I've had two RMA's with EVGA over the years and they were always fair and reasonable. I prefer them for their GPU's because of their warranties .

As stated above, the overall quality/build, performance, support, warranty, and lastly, a fair price for the products. RMAs and step ups are relatively painless. I've purchased MBs, PSUs, GPUs, and smaller items over the last 12 years. I switched to EVGA, on the recommendation of someone I trusted, after receiving two garbage, i.e., DOA, MBs within a week from another "quality" brand. I then spent two weeks with a lot of emails and telephone calls to get them returned. I haven't switched from EVGA since and as a consumer, I am happy with EVGA's products including their T-shirts.

I normally look around at which manufacturers tend to have the best card performance. EVGA and MSI are usually pretty up there. Zotac seems good, but sometimes not. I had a PNY card for a while but I don't hear people talk about them much. Founder's edition is supposed to be good too.

It was the only one available. I bought a EVGA 2080 Ti for 600 euros but a day later they cancelled my order. I'm really sad now ;(

The main reason is the warranty coverage, and then the high cost performance

I have used Step Up at least three times...easy and quick. I have also RMA'd a few items...Customer service was great...turnaround was quick and always got resolved. EVGA is a class company

- United States based company
- Positive discussions surrounding EVGA products
- Focusing solely on NVIDIA products, well for the GPUs that is

For me it's the fact they remained at MSRP despite everyone else raising prices, plus great performance and a reliable way to get 30 series cards in the UK Admittedly only bought GPUs from them but their keyboards look nice too
