I have a 360 rad on the way and asking how good the thermal paste is? Does it need replaced?

It's okay but I would consider replacing it after 2 years or so.

I have seen reviews that really show the included thermal paste on most AIO is pretty good nowadays. Yes you can get it lower but the difference isn’t that much. I remember seeing a 40 thermal paste review on I think it was Gamers Nexus where the finding was 2.2C between the best and worst which realistically isn’t that much.

I really like Arctic MX-4. Great temps, easy to work with and cheap. Definitely better than stock, although the stock is adequate. I've also use Kryonaut on it it gets slightly better temps, specially at idle, but it's too expensive for what it is and harder to apply.

Use it and then replace it after a year or two. All thermal pastes do best if you replace them periodically. It's not that they wear out or are good or bad, it's just thermal cycles -- expansion and contraction -- creating voids in the interfacing.
Any conventional thermal paste will perform similar enough to any other conventional thermal paste, that there isn't any reason to spend your time or money thinking about it.

    TYVM guys,
I'm pairing it with a AMD 5950x and ASUS Dark Hero so I want to get it right.
Wrong is I'll have to use my old Gforce 1070 until/if I ever get a 3090.
