XR1 Lite Video Feed Cutting Out (Resolved)

Hello all, 
 
While setting up the new XR1 Lite in OBS, I am experiencing a bunch of video preview issues. Sometimes the video cuts out after three minutes of previewing, the picture will just freeze. Sometimes OBS will not even pickup the capture card, and if I receive a video signal that lasts more than a couple of minutes, opening discord will freeze the video preview. Audio always runs fine. In order to try and receive a video preview I have to reboot my computer every time. I have tried swapping to different usb 3.1 ports on the back of the motherboard and nothing has worked. Any idea what I can try to fix this?

    Make sure you are using the included USB 3.0 cable and avoid any type of USB hubs and the front panel. Then I would suggest trying different HDMI cables max 6 feet long. If possible test it on a different system. If the issue follows the XR1 lite contact our support team for warranty replacement.

    I tried the capture card on another computer and it worked perfectly! I uninstalled OBS and removed the capture card from device manager. I also found some registry errors and after a reboot, everything works fine now! Thanks for the help!
