If I were to get a GTX 1060 from b-stock and it had an issue for which it needed to be RMA'd, would the process be extended by the fact that it's from b-stock? I thought b-stock was mainly refurbished products and if there were no other refurbished 1060's available, would I just have to wait around until one came up? Or would I most likely get a refund and have to go back on the GPU hunt?

B stock has a one year warranty
All GPU RMAs are use refurbished GPUs unless the (New GPU only) RMA is done in the 1st 30 days.
If they have no GTX1060 in stock they will send a card equal in performance.
Not equal in value/price paid for the card, but equal in performance.
You could get a 1060Ti,1070, 2060 or something along those lines.
The GPUs sent out are cards brought back in from the step-up program and other repaired cards.

It's important to know that if they don't have a replacement then they will send a card equal or better as the replacement. So they might not have the same exact model of GTX 1060 but if they have a better model of 1060 they would send that. What they won't do though is send a 1060 model that would be considered to be lower then the model that you originally sent them.

One thing to keep in mind is to let support know about any problems your system might have in using another GPU model. Since some people might have picked a GPU based on the size of the heatsink it's good to let support know if this would be a problem to support a bigger cooler.
