I got a notify today to purchase a 3070Ti FTW so yes it works.  Generally it's best for same day, if not within' the first hour or two under the Elite system.

Sign up to the notification system.  It took 11 months but finally got one.

I've been on the notification system and queue since 12/2/20 and haven't gotten a notification yet.  Here's hoping, one of these days, it'll come through.

me too , i am on  the notification and from 01.2021 till now nothing

It is SKU specific, so some SKUs will reach you faster than others.  You should probably click the auto-notify button for all of the cards that you would reasonably consider purchasing (and then, once you have purchased a card, "remove" the auto-notifies that you no longer need).  Best of luck!

here I am in 2022 reading this, minutes after GamersNexus put out an exclusive that EVGA is exiting the graphics cards business, as it ends the partnership with Nvidia and seems not to be conducting one with other current manufacturers (AMD or Intel)
