There is a thread on this page about the step up for the 3090s. If you are in the North American region you can go to that thread and see what others have posted. Take a look at the page, read the various posts and you can see when people signed up for the step up and then calculate to a certain degree when you might be notified for the step up. It's all there as far as the historical information which you can use to estimate when you might be able to pay for your step up. Use the info others have shared to help and post your dates to help others after you are done.
