Can't start refund process because it wants a ticket number, but says no ticket required

Trying to return/refund the X20 Mouse I just received today.  When filling out the refund form, it says *no ticket required for refunds  
  

But it won't let you leave that field blank.  I tried blank, I tried 0, I tried everything I can think of.  Unable to start the refund request process.

    Make sure you fill in the reason text field, it has a red star too.

    As you can see in the screenshot.. it is.. RMA / REFUND REQUEST

    I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to do a return instead of a replacement but my mouse is also defective. I'm assuming you'll need the S/N since it's defective. I can provide a screenshot over PM or email.

    I have started the RMA for you as well. For the fastest response it is best to call us at 888-881-3842 and we are here M~F from 9AM to 6PM Pacific time. If you submit a ticket under Service->Support Tickets or e-mailing support@evga.com we can also assist with support however calling is the fastest.
