Wondering if anyone else is running into this issue.  My card seems to keep crashing and I have to do a graceful power button shut down.   When I get everything back up and running it's reset to 23 Power and 65 GPU Temp.  Still testing things, but wondering if it's the video card or my motherboard.  Seems more on the video side though because my mouse clicks still trigger my ripples in my keyboard and the case is still doing it's LED patterns.
