So heavy duty bubble wrap is okay as shown in the pinned thread. I'm worried if I mess up, I won't get another shot at making it right for them to take it. I don't have anti-static bags, and I looked around my room and believe the original box was ditched. I wasn't expecting having to return it.

So the plan is:
heavy duty bubble wrap the card on all sides.
Make sure there's anti-static foam balls or popcorn at least 2-3 inches.

technically, this plan should be okay for EVGA, right? Or would I have to go one step further and put the box (containing the card) inside another bigger box with popcorn cushion around the smaller box. Like I said, I don't wanna mess this up. Thanks for your comments and suggestions.

Hello,

Yes, bubblewrap on the product is preferred. I would not recommend foam balls or packing peanuts/popcorn, as these will surely shift and allow the item to make contact with one of the side of the box during shipping. Typically I recommend padding up the box with 2-3" of packing paper, in addition to the bubblewrap on the product itself. Also be sure to purchase shipping insurance for your shipment, in case the item does become lost or damaged, during the shipment.
