Just an update.
 
David did call me.  He's going to fix this.

Now there is a update we like to see..  EVGA, in my experience, takes care of their customers and has some of the best Customer Service in the business.  Again, just an opinion, but it's the opinion of a EVGA customer.   EVGA recently fixed an issue I had as well, which was my fault tbh.  I explained the situation via email and promptly had a EVGA rep reach out and the issue was resolved.  No questions asked..

This one goes out to David from EVGA,

With an explosive topic such as my last, I feel its only right to say thank you to those who offered an encouraging word and an honest non destructive reply.

It stands to the Integrity of EVGA that they did not delete the truth and that David owned the issue when he became aware.

Its not the fact that a problem happened, its that you make it right.

David , Thank You.

Faith restored.

Its nice to know there is at least one company that owns up to a mistake and fixes it. Especially with so many reported problems with others in the industry dodging their messups as of late.

Good luck to those still waiting... Maybe ill be F5ing with you for the Supers coming up.

Step-Up is a really big reason to jump ship on my Asrock 6800xt and Ride the EVGA 3080Ti to the 3090 Super Wave.

You got something good going here that other companies envy.

Good to hear! I've never had the (mis?)fortune to have a need to call EVGA support but their reputation for good customer support is the best in the business.
