Greetings,

Is there a way to control the fan headers (case fans) on the MOBO other than BIOS? via software?

I'm a little surprised EVGA have not added access to bios fan control from inside Windows via their Eleet X1 software, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Depending how far you want to go and what sort of fans you have, the top end is probably using Corsair iCue software with their Corsair Commander Pro [link].

There are apparently 3rd party software apps that may work, but I can't speak for reliability or that they might even damage your motherboard, but here's one I found online - SpeedFan for Windows [link].

I tried SpeedFan, it showed the two headers I haSubmit Postve fans attached to, but I couldn't get them configured when messing with the advanced settings...ref old Jayz2cents video.

Here's one I was thinking of trying when I finally get my system up and running. I'm planning on using it to tie the case fans to GPU temp.
    Argus Monitor.

I have a 5000X chassis using iCUE to control the RGB and case fans.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I've tried both argus and speedfan. No luck with either.  Argus did show the EVGA CLC, but no love with with the mobo fan headers.

I set my fans at 50 percent using iCUE. So far I haven't had a need to exceed that even at full GPU/CPU load. If you're in a hot temperature state/country you might ned to take that setting higher than mine.

I'm not seeing fan control....?  Are you using iCUE and a commander? or Just iQUE software? Nevermind...you have a 5000X.  I'm in a O11D XL.

Haven't been able to try yet.
Graphics card is on the way but it will be a little while before I can start testing.

Has anyone tied using Fan Control by Rem0o? I remember it would work with my asus z590 I returned but doesn’t seem to be detecting the fans on my FTW z590.
