Just starting this morning I haven't been able to use my computer due to unresponsiveness!!! The computer will boot up just fine but logging in it will be much slower than usual and when reaching the desktop screen the true issue comes up. The screen looks fine and mouse movement is shown, but quickly it will become unresponsive even while still showing mouse movement. I can't open up any files explorer or control panel. The start button is also completely unresponsive to left clicks 0r right clicks. To shutdown the computer I have to right click the start button and select from there, but even then its can be unresponsive. Task bar, Start Menu, Programs etc. become unresponsive. And only way to get out of it is to open Task Manager(Ctrl+Alt+Del) then close it, by doing this I can access to Start Menu or Programs just for three minutes or less before it become unresponsive again!!! I ran Mem86(9.2) test but no errors, clean boot or Safe Mode didn't resolve the problems, did try to reset but no luck or restore from Acronis True Image. Nothing was change in the System, I can get to my Bios just fine, but I have no clue what to do there or anywhere at all. All drivers are up to dates and running Window 10 Pro 21H1

Sounds like a hdd/ssd issue.

Sounds like a hdd/ssd issue.
Anything is possible, after I log in nothing responsive like Start button, Taskbar Icons, System Tray etc. but strange things is after open up Task Manger then click on cancel make everything working again fine!!!

In Task manager - what are the % of:
CPU
Disk
Network
GPU
RAM
Is your WIN 10 update set to share .... let other PCs download through your machine ?
I'd go offline on that machine until you know if something is happening in the background, especially activity that is not shown in Task Mgr

unplug your internet cord and any HDD drives that are not your Windows boot up drive.
See how that goes,... if all seems fine... start plugging in 1 more drive at a time & reboot each time
Easiest way to see if it's a drive failing .

I have removed/disconnect all SSD/NVME/HD Drives then restore from Acronis to Samsung 970 Evo+ to see problem persists and still having the same issue!!!!!!!!!

So what I have done clone NVMe SSD to Samsung SSD 860 Pro to see if it's exabits same issue but sadly it does!!! Only thing is left fresh install Window 10 but I don't that will resolve anything!! All my backups were done Acronis and never had a issue to restore it to new or old Drives.

After some more deep troubleshooting I am realized that my Mouse Logitech G500 was acting weird!!so I have replaced that one with another G500 And after that all problems are gone for now, thanks for everyone that responds and try to help...

I read thru it all again, I didn't see if you said you 'reset BIOS to factory defaults ' - & /or updated the BIOS ( or tried different versions of BIOS )

I did reset BIOS twice but it didn't work unfortunately.

Last thing was in my mind is the Mouse or Keyboard!!! but when I was fresh installing Window 10 it was not recognizing the Mouse!! weird hugh?? I can move Icon to move around but when I click on anything it was not register, so that point I have decided to switch the same Mouse(OLD) and it works. It was so simple but made me feel real Stupid.

Come to think of it Logitech software has been quirky on my os lately. Not auto starting losing contact with profiles etc.
