PX1 ICON located in ICON Tray

All of a sudden, after v1.2.3 downloaded, shows the big "E" in the Tray Icon box. 
 
"EVGA PrecisionX Server v 0.3.6"
 
It isn't enabled in PX1 or the Windows start-up list so how does one get rid of it?

    That is the OSD server. You can get rid of it by disabling the OSD. Otherwise, it will be there with OSD enabled. With it, you can add programs to the list that you don't want the OSD in.
