As the title says, I'm looking for the most current XOC 1000w BIOS and classified tool for my Hydro Copper Kingpin SKU 3999. Edit: I was able to contact Vince through the help of Jacob! Sorry for the confusion guys. It turns out my email provider (gmail) was blocking the emails/attachments from my original request.

After further research it appears there is a newer classified tool (3.1.7), and a rebar xoc vbios (94.02.59.00.82).

Fantastic. Hopefully this can be an easy spot for owners to stop by and verify they have the current/updated files.

How did you figure out gmail was blocking the attachments? I emailed Vince (about a week ago) and haven't heard back yet. Same situation, looking for the most recent HC XOC BIOS & Classified tool ;) Hoping one will be available so that the XOC BIOS doesn't mess with the X1 ID & BAR on the other BIOS'.

I would recommend you use a service such as Dropbox combined with the request files feature when contacting Vince. You can then email Vince the link to Dropbox. It’s much easier for him to privately upload the files to a service without a mail service provider blocking the .exe file for the classified tool.

Generally I'm looking forward to setting up the card. I've got a modded 3090FE running at 2250 on chilled water (15850 port royal) and I'd like to pit this monster against it.
I understand that the Classified tool doing the rounds (3.1.4.0) isn't properly compatible with the HC, giving the "Device Not Found" message. However, even with the older 1000w bios flashed onto the card, the Classified tool seems unable to actually change NVDD, FBVDD or MSVDD. The Classified tool loads with 'blank' values when opened and setting sensible values and hitting Apply does not appear to cause any measurable change.
Should Classified 3.1.4.0 not be compatible with the 94.02.38.00.2F 1000w bios even flashed onto the HC card?
I know how annoying it is to have people asking the same questions again and again and I apologise for that. However, references I found to 'emailing Vince' weren't helpful since I don't know his email and it wasn't included in the given posts.
Furthermore, assuming a new Classified tool exists for HC, will that then work on the Hybrid's XOC bios? Because otherwise there would be a Classified HC with no XOC bios to use it on.

Hello.
Emailing vince is easy. It’s just his name @kingpincooling.com. Provide him with your cards serial number initially and any other information he asks after. His response time is 2-4 days usually. As stated earlier, it might be easier for him to upload the files to you by using a private file hosting service.
You will need the newest 3.1.7 Classified tool and the new XOC BIOS for the 3999 SKU’s. Why? I couldn’t tell you. But you’ve found out the older stuff does not work.
