I got it, now only the 3080 have the KL model listed, and for the 3080ti and 3090 no KL models yet, that is why i didn`t get a notification.
3070Ti/3080Ti are already LHR, 3080Ti being listed as KR is due to a late notification for EVGA about LHR and it was too late to change the SKU. 3090 has no plans to get a LHR version, as it isn't worth for miners to buy.

so I also just ordered one... been waiting since the 22th oct 2020 and figured why not. took a chance and went back to the KR.. and it actually, finally for real just happened... I'm speechless! :O (got the email a within 2 hours of changing the sku! 10G-P5-3897-KR10/22/2020 1:25:04 AM PT

I switched my 3080 XC3 Black queue back to KR and just realised I might have just reduced my chances to 0, because the only model people have been getting from switching models is the FTW Ultra.
Oh well, at least I have a November 2020 order in with an etailer in my country. Just have to wait Evga to start producing my 3080 model... 10 months after launch and still no evidence of a single 3080 XC3 Black in Europe. I just want to start playing CP2077 and MSFS2020 with great graphics and FPS already :(

Got my notification on Wednesday! I changed my variant from the KL to KR and got the notify email within 2 hours of changing it! I updated my queue info on the spreadsheet! 10G-P5-3897-KR 9/18/2020 5:23:34 PM PT Yes  It is now on the way to me! Will be giving my current 3080 XC3 Ultra to my brother

Good Evening, here is the daily status for the EU queues.
This week is the very first week since I am compiling the reports that we had all days with self-reports, a bit of cheating with the KR lines, but that method is getting cards into people's hands so that's a good thing.
The 3070 Ti and 3060 also had reports, so not a Full KR week, please keep those reports coming so that we can continue to track the EU Lines more regurarly like this week.

I don't know, today my local and trusted tech store in Italy gave me a listing directly from their distributors: €1200 Gigabyte 3070 €1150 MSI 3070 Ti €1160 ASUS TUF 3070 Ti €1990 Gigabyte 3080 Ti (And told me they recently sold a 3060 for €700) revollucian
yeah man its truly nuts right now with stocks and prices, I really dont get it, is it people scalping them like crazy or just not enough cards?
I don't know if that is considered as generic "people scalping" since those are the prices that even shops have to pay to get those cards. The only thing that i know is that i hate the situation and still hope in the Evga queues before Christmas.

This is pretty much the general consensus for EU - distributors are selling at extremely high prices, local stores want to sell to a) profit b) satisfy customers but with the high prices they are getting them at, and they still need a profit, the prices are mainly determined by the distributors... Currently I'm seeing 3070s at ~950 and 3070Tis at... exactly the same price. 3060s starting at ~650

So is it correct to say we should mainly blame distributors (not for the shortage, only for the raised prices) or the "inflation" happens somewhere even before that?
Because i was suspecting some local store raised prices a lot for their own profit but after seiing the listings directly the distributor i'm sure that's not happening in most if not all cases.

I'd be happier if the end sellers (retail) would refuse to pay inflated prices from the distributors, that would force down the prices. I also wish companys like EVGA that have there own means to sell direct to customer, did so (more) cutting the distributors down a peg or two.
I also have no understanding of the distribution of goods so what do I know. All I know is I would rather wait and I will snag the first card to be at a reasonable price.
I would like to purchase 2 3060 ti cards for the kids and unless I can get FE cards or prices close to them I refuse to pay.
If my PC took a nose dive right now, I'd be upset, but with the pricing going on I'd rather go and watch some TV, hell I might even snag a console...

It could be the distributors raising prices, but also the AIBs and Nvidia itself. Instead of introducing ordering limits, the easiest and most profitable way for the disributors to not let one shop order their whole stock at a time is to raise prices. So we just need to "blame" supply and demand. When those are imbalanced one way or another, price must adjust. By the way I'm getting really frustrated not seeing a single 3080 XC3 Black in EU since launch, as I have an order in :( It would just be so nice to play games with prettier graphics already.

after these weeks following the 3070/3080ti release it became clear that the price drop is just a market prices shuffle due to those new GPUs coming. right now new cards like the two mentioned above and the LHR version of other RTX 3xxx models are the only ones sold at MSRP set by the companies, while old models are still affected by bloated prices. This explains why 3070Tis are cheaper than lots of 3070. might be the LHR that lowers the price but it's still nonsense to me. For the 3080 the only ones with low prices are the LHR versions. I saw a retailer selling Manli LHR 3080 at 1149€ (cheapo china cards but still), while ordinary 3080 are still going strong at 1600+. This explains why the prices stalled and aren't dropping anymore, even with increased availability of GPUs on the market. On the EVGA side the thing that really pissed me off is that they ditched various SKU on purpose without telling anything. the only ones that are found on shops or dropped by the queue are the "Ultra" versions. normal XC3, FTW and black gaming models are nowhere to be found. People like me who chose the ordinary gaming version queue are doomed, and seeing that my notification time has been surpassed on the FTW3 queue is utterly disappointing. is it so hard to notify people and let them change queues like with the KL and KR models?! sorry for the rant

Finally snagged a 3080 FTW3 at a price I was winning to pay (£999 inc. tax) from Scan! 😁 They had a bunch of 3080 on sale Tuesday, but that was the pick of them. Oddly, I realised on receipt that it was the KR variant! Sure, it's still £100-200 over MSRP, but I could wait another year and not see it drop any further.
There is hope out there!

if you're mentioning the New World problem i read the culprit is the fuse on the power connectors. with the high power bios the power draw with high fps can get some spikes that blow the fuse. i don't know about other issues, just that EVGA RTX 3000 cards are overall not the same quality as older series

My 3755-KR arrived today and... So far so good :D

Hm thats odd i only found reviews of the issue stating that it has to do with the icx fan design and the fan controller and that in this New World Game Szenario it could pop this controller because of some Situation with very High Load and incredibly High FPS in Menu. In the end its an ICX desing flaw but nobody really has to fear it because: 1. you can easily avoid such stuff by setting alltime fps caps for your refresh rate x 2 ( nobody needs more fps at any time) 2. evga has the best rma service ever seen. Just buy a 5 year or hell go with 10 year warrenty extenstion and whatever happens to this card you get a new one or perhaps an 4080 if its going to pop in 4 years xD. no need to worry

You get recertified replacements. EU RMA is hit and miss.

It seems the 3060 line moved another 4 seconds foward.
The 3060 Ti XC made a significant jump, it cleared launch day and has landed itself into an afternoon slot.
