I want to submit RMA for my 3090 ftw3 becoz of the New World brick. It stated in red "Ticket number is required." when I submit the RMA. I have already submitted a question in the service center but cannot find any ticket number there. Can you please help? --------------------- Solved, support replied my ticket w the number. Welcome to the forums. I have responded to your support ticket and you will now be able to start the RMA. Please upload a copy of the invoice at Service->Invoice Upload as it is needed for the RMA to be approved.

I have the same issue. I have a bad display port or two in a brand new card. Why is the support ticket number not included in the email from support?

Sorry Cool GTX, I was not clear.
I have registered my card, uploaded the invoice and engaged tech support. The tech suggested an RMA is justified and sent me a link (same one you just dropped) to the RMA page. What I dont have, is the service ticket number that is required on the RMA form. There is no number on any of the emails I've gotten from EVGA or anywhere I've looked to date. I'm trying to determine what the number is at this point so I can move forward.

worldcup, the ticket was created on 7/24/2021. Please navigate to Service-->Submit Warranty Claim and select the correct serial number from the drop down menu, then continue submitting the request. The ticket number field will be filled in automatically. Mustafa1098, I see that a ticket was created on 8/14/2021. When you submit the request, the ticket number field will be filled in automatically. desertduck66, I see that your RMA request has been submitted. I am also awaiting my ticket number. Tech has responded to my ticket, but I still do not have a ticket number. Edit: Called support and they provided the ticket number right away.

You will have to wait for support to get back to work, they will fill in the number and then you can proceed with the RMA. Also, you can give them a call during normal hours and they will take care of you.
