FTW3 3090 Stuck at depot

After my FTW3 3090 fried itself while running Halo MCC (The same issue as Amazon New World), I was asked to send the card to EVGA in Germany.
 
I sent it via tracked & signed delivery using Parcelforce (Costing me £40 in the process) so that it may be delivered & processed faster. It has now been more than a week and the parcel is sat at the depot with the status saying "Addressee to collect from depot" 
 
I'm beyond worried at this point, I didn't spend £1600 on an EVGA gpu only for it to die when running such an old game. Now I've been without a GPU for almost 3 weeks and I'm worried that EVGA will not want to be collecting it from the depot. 
 
Can I please get some reassurance that EVGA is going to make this right, I do not want to be waiting months without a GPU for it to not be returned

    Best of luck to you. I sent in a 780 Classified back in the day to step up to a 980 and when it got to the hub in California where it was going, the package was "lost." I never got a resolution. It was also the last time I ever shipped anything without full insurance on it :(

    Yeah I think EVGA really screwed the pooch here. So get this, you can't insure the parcel at all because the value is supposed to be £0 on the parcel since its a repair item. If we write the actual value of the item inside then customs will ask evga to pay the import tax on it which evga will never do and the parcel will get returned to the sender eventually after weeks wasted.
     
    So our only option is to write £0 value on the parcel and pray to god it reaches their german depot.
     
    Absolutely awful experience overall which could have been avoided had they just kept their UK depot open. or not used cheap parts on their flagship GPU
