Just got a 3080 XC3 Hybrid and trying to see what kind of OC potential it has (I know not much compared to FTW3) and so far every single time I've tried to run the SCAN feature about half way thru the PC just shuts off.  First the monitor goes off...then 30 secs later the mouse and keyboard lights go off, the case lights/rgb's still go but nothing else and it's more or less just off!

I don't have any sleep settings set, always disable them other than the monitor shuts off after 15mins.  This worked fine with past gpus I've had, I even had a 3090FE for a while and it worked fine (couldn't justify the cost and sold it to a friend once I got notice for this 3080) but now about 3 times with this 3080 it's done this trying to scan it and I don't know why.  I just updated to latest version of Precision X today and it still does it!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Try the same solution as previously mentioned

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

When trying older versions, be sure to first uninstall the current version, and then delete the application directories from:
    "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd" and
    "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PX<number>"
    before installing the older version.
Do that each time you go to a different version.
