Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 5 are being given away for free | KitGuru
 
For those unfamiliar, Prime Gaming is essentially what used to be Twitch Prime. It is included as part of all Amazon Prime subscriptions and regularly has free games and in-game perks/DLCs available to claim.
 
Battlefield 1 is available to claim from now until the 4th of August. Meanwhile, Battlefield 5 will be available to claim from the 2nd of August until the 1st of October. A few weeks later on the 22nd of October, Battlefield 2042 officially releases for PC as well as last and current generation consoles.

    I bought Battlefield 1 already, like a chump. The Prime Game offer is also for the standard additional so no free way to get the French Army They Shall Not Pass DLC. I will consider Battlefield 5 though. Does BF1 still have an active playerbase?

    BF 1 was ok at first, but they never patched it properly to even out the gameplay &the DLC all broke the community up
    - then BF V  , everyone kind of boycotted it from the community to let DICE know they weren't happy about them not listening to community complaints .
