Well, its official. My old 7900GTO started artifacts in 2D. RGB pixel lock on boot. Lets see if they really meant Lifetime Warranty from back in the day. Registered the card...tho it came from EVGA originally so they should know this.

    Sending the RMA in tomorrow. Took some time, but they found my information. I'll report back how this goes. Heres to hoping for something useful and working.

    Lifetime warranty was honored.  They sent me a  GT710.   Much slower memory bus, but faster in most other ways.  Small card, good for web browsing and spreadsheets.  They stand by the warranty.  More than I can say for most.

    Glad you were taken care of. I have only had a few times needing an RMA, but EVGA stepped up, and it was flawless in my experience. Thanks for posting.

    Absolutely. They stand by the products.

    Now if we can get their customer care for the store educated and empowered they may be dangerous....and not in a Gigabyte way. ;)

    Agree. Props. The cards once had a lifetime warranty. They stood by that. Hardly anyone does that anymore. Most are 2 or 3 now. 5 would make me feel better.
