(Sorry if there's a thread posted on this)...

I scoured for a good 15mins looking to see FAQ's for supported GPU's and P theowerlink accessory; I see it stops at 2080ti -

I understand the 2080ti only requires 2 8-pin connectors but of course, the 3080ti requires 3.

Is there a hidden accessory page for PowerLink Accessories with 3 - 8pin connectors?

(Recently upgraded from a 1080ti and 1070,) and I've been using these accessories since their debut and suddenly my PC feels messy and incomplete without it...

Please help, EVGA =(

currently there isn't one- I have an itch in the back of my head that tells me I have a memory about this. I am thinking they don't have any plans to produce them. I think it has to do with how long the cards is already, how much power would go through the rail and the demand wasn't there. again I could have imagined that.

I wonder if you could use your old one, buy another one and just add the 8pin? is there room? you could also just use the 2 8pins provided and "hide" the 3rd under the mount? I like to try and problem solve so feel free to tell me my ideas are dumb and to go color with the other toddlers.

I happen to have 2 PowerLinks on-hand, unfortunately I'm no engineer by any stretch.

The rail's input only has max 8-pin. If I had a CNC machine and engineer skills, I could perhaps carve out a 3-slot, and physically insert a spare 8-pin to make for a total of 3-pins max input.

There is also the issue of the output pins... Not sure if any of this is safe even if I could succeed lol.

I didn't even consider the input plug. that kills the idea right there. I am guessing its a power thing. They would have to make the new link HUGE and these cards already are a tight fit in cases.

A new ampere power link with capacitors to remedy power draw surges would allow for overall lower wattage PSUs

Don’t use the power link, even if it fits. They aren’t reliable IMO. I had problems with one on a 250W 2080ti. I wouldn’t use them for a 300+W card

yeah , I'm thinking the power reqs for these new 30xx series cards are a bit too much for the little powerlink transfer bar inside ...

Dang, here's to hoping someday someone designs a new one for power-hungry radiators...

Hello, I know the OP asked about the 3080 ti, but what about the 3070 ti?

Not comfortable bending my cables to accommodate for closing my case door.

Also, has anyone considered the 180 degree adapters found on Amazon and elsewhere? I've asked elsewhere here on the forum as well as EVGA customer service but I've yet to get a response.

Just installed a 3080 and I think a compatible powerlink would look really nice.

It only fits 30XX series cards with just one power connector.  No plans for a new one from what I've heard from Jacob.
