    Anything you can get your hands on. The hydrocopper will typically provide the best cooling experience because of the ability to use as much radiator space as you can fit to keep it cool. But in the current climate, get what you can.

    Any one that you can get your hands on. If I had the option to buy one off the shelf, I would get the FTW3 Ultra. But I do not.

    the one you can get closest to MSRP as possible.   
    But in all seriousness ive been a big supporter of EVGA.  i have my trusted 980TI, a 1660 in another build for my parents and previously a 750ti that found a new home in a friends system. All EVGA cards.
