I installed the hybrid kit on my 3090 XC3 Ultra and updated the bios to 94.02.42.80.37 from the air cooler bios 94.02.42.C0.10. The hybrid bios version is the same on TPU and Jacob's link. 
 
When I boot Precision X1 and click on the Re-BAR icon, I see the "update" button to the right of the row showing Graphic VBIOS 94.02.42.80.37. When I click on this "update" button, I get a message saying "You are about to flash your VBIOS. Click update to continue." I click "update" and Precision X1 just quits. I restart the computer and I have the same VBIOS in Precision X1, with the same "update" button. 
 
Also, the Resizeable BAR is now disabled on the hybrid bios 94.02.42.80.37. It was enabled on the air cooler bios 94.02.42.C0.10. I checked my mobo bios and it's still enabled there.
 
I have 2 questions:
1. Is there a newer bios for the 3090 XC3 Ultra Hybrid?
2. I'm guessing the 94.02.42.80.37 bios doesn't have support for Resizeable BAR yet?
