Good Evening,
I just wanted to thanks the EVGA RMA Department for the hassle free RMA process that I experienced. It went smoothly even though it was my first time doing a RMA on their product.I had a 3090 FTW3 died on me after just a couple of weeks. It was a beast of a card but I guess I was one of the unlucky people who had a premature death on their 3090 card. Just straight up crashed and had the "Red Light of Death". At this point i just decided to do an RMA.Process was easy given that I already registered the product and also uploaded the invoice on my EVGA account. First, I contacted Support and opened up a support ticket requesting for an RMA(Jun 1).Got a support ticket response after one day thanks to Peter(Jun 2). Second,I submitted a request for an RMA and filling out all the details.I choose CrossShip RMA instead of Standard RMA.Third, I got my RMA request approved and I have to pay collateral for the shipment of the replacement product(Jun 3).Collateral will be refunded after defective product is recieved back and after evaluation.EVGA shipped the replacement and took 4 business day for the replacement to arrive and I live in Canada.Third, I recieved the replacement and ship the defective product through UPS(Jun 7). Defective product arrive back to EVGA after 3 days and processed the refund(Jun 10).Fourth, Refund was approved and processed after couple of days(June 15) Refund will take 7-14 business to return to your account in my case it only took one day.
Overall it wasnt that bad considering it was my first RMA .Im glad it was EVGA. I also owned an EVGA 850 G3 Power Supply and a EVGA 1080ti FTW3. The 3090 was an unlucky expensive upgrade.Fortunately, EVGA RMA process was quite a breeze. I am very thankful to the EVGA team and especially with the costumer service.Keep it up guys.
Thanks,
Jan
