I all! So I've tried sending two emails to EVGA support over the last month, but neither have been replied to. I cannot make a direct support ticket for my product since the site just gives me an "Access Denied" error after clicking the submit button, so now I'm here to see if I can get some help. My old 660 FTW Signature 2 3GB is now being used in my family office computer, and after a long time spent doing diagnostics, the only conclusion I can make on why the screen resolution is broken is that the VBIOS is not working. Sorry for being informal, but is there a quicker way to try and get a response from support about the alleged "UEFI VBIOS" that exists for the 600 series cards? I have checked the forums about this, but they all said to contact support, which, as stated above, I can't really seem to do efficiently. Thank you very much.
