How are scalpers selling 100s of 3000 series evga cards at a time on ebay

I wonder if there's a way for a group of gamers to pool their resources into a large purchase to get their hardware, seeing that actual established retailers aren't able to reliably get the stock.  
 
Ug, then everyone involved would want to charge more to cover the time and overhead, and then we'd be the scalpers.  There's no winning.

Someone would need to set up a LLC and basically start a reseller business.  Even then the business would be fighting with other businesses for limited inventory.

From the video posted earlier in the thread, it sounds like there are GPU brokers willing to pay way above MSRP from the manufacturers/wholesalers so that they can resell for an even higher price to consumers.
