I can't find what the setting would be for allowing turbo boost max technology in the Z590 BIOS. I'm only getting 4.6GHz max on my 11700k when I should be getting 5.0GHz single core frequency.
Also, what is the EVGA equivalent of multi-core enhancement?

ABT is basically Intel's version of AMD's PBO which only works on the i9 CPU.

Ah, sorry, I forgot that was i9 only. I think you're looking for thermal velocity boost then. I overclocked mine, so it isn't really used in my case. Not sure there's a specific setting for it in the bios, it is just on when you use optimized defaults or overridden when you oc.

Well, one thing you can do, although I know this isn't what you're looking for is download the Intel xtu app and check in there. You may find that it is already enabled. If not, you can enable it from there. The only problem with that is that you have to run it every time windows boots if that's where you're applying settings. That is, if nobody can help you with the specific setting you're looking for. If it isn't under the advanced tab and cpu configs, Idk where it would be.

I found that the Intel turbo boost setting was disabled in BIOS but enabling it did nothing. I still can't get any single core or top performing multi cores to run at 5GHz, per Intel Ark. Everything always hits 4.6GHz max.
 
The more I own this board the more I'm hating it. Can't run memory at 3600, can't boost to 5GHz...
