Newegg shuffle had it the other day.
Yes. Shuffle has 590 motherboards frequently. Some are EVGA, some other brands. But, winning the Shuffle is the problem. Random Shuffle is nothing like Elite notification. Okay - both are better than surfing BB website. lol

Along the same lines - are they still being manufactured and released by EVGA?

As I said before, they are only available on the web store here via the "auto-notify" button. When your time comes up and they have inventory, they will send you an email. So far there have been two drops of some quantity of boards. We don't know how many they will make or when the next drop is. I imagine they will make them regularly for at least the next year, but after that may be on the z690 series. We don't really know that either.

They're definitely being manufactured. So far there have been two drops of roughly 100 boards each, approximately a month apart.
The third drop should be sooner, based on hints from the streams Jacob hosts. But that's speculation on our part, since EVGA doesn't give hard dates or quantities when they tell us.
The only way to get them at this point is to visit the product page, click the 'notify' button and make sure your email address is correct. They'll send a message when your number gets called (think DMV or the local deli) and you'll have 8 hours from that email to claim your board.
Yes, it's frustrating not knowing when your number will come up, but it's worth the wait in my opinion.
