    Yes. I have the EVGA Z270 Classified K which has a Thunderbolt 3 port. I have used it with an external graphics card and it works great!

    seem to me I tried the EVGA Z370 Classified K too as my EVGA Z270 Classified K did connect to my TB3 OWC disk bay.
