3070ti step up to 3080ti or 3090

I have a 3070ti from Newegg shuffle coming on 6/14 or 6/15.  Ideally I'd like to step up to the 3080ti, but the queue for the 3090 seems relatively short (at least last month).  Have I totally missed the boat on the 3080ti queue to get one in a few months? Or are we still close enough to launch that maybe there is a good chance of them being available?

    We don't even have a spreadsheet for the 3080Ti so we don't even have a general idea at this point.  I would think the 3080Ti should be pretty short but again there's really no way to tell.

    3090 doesn't seem to be worth the price for gaming only. Even 3080ti is meh for $600 more offering 5% performance boost is crazy... 
     
    I'd like to get 3080 but looking at the queue this won't happen til 2022

    If the step-up for a 3090 is short then I got the raw end of the stick. I did a step up last Aug from a 2080 Super to a 3080 and have yet to get an update on it. Like I get there's a high demand but you would think the step-up queue would get some priority over others.

    I agree about the 3090 not being worth it, just seems like a shorter line for whatever reason.  May just hop in the 3080ti line and hope it's not too bad since people don't like the price/performance ratio.
