Not able to send my invoice to register the card?

The title says it all. I bought a EVGA 1650 KO Ultra from Newegg and even though I had downloaded the invoice and read and reread the instructions numerous times, it won't let me select my card or really any card in the dropdown menu on enter invoice page to enter my invoice and product number. Any suggestions on why that dropdown isn't working?

    Please send a copy of your invoice to support@evga.com so we can manually upload it for you. Please not it will likely take 1-2 business days for us to get to that email. You can also try an incognito window to try uploading the invoice. Hope this helps!

    Hello MirkenMidnight, 
     
    You would need to first register your product to your EVGA account before uploading the invoice as there is nothing registered to your account.

    So, I need to register the card before uploading the invoice. I thought I had to do it the other way around. So I guess I have the enter the product number under it's tab before I can register the invoice?
