They honestly lost me at Battlefield 4, but lets be honest, there was nothing as good as Battlefield 2. The overall gameplay, pace, and feel just hasn't been replicated in any of their later releases.

BF2 had tons of balancing problems (vehicles far too OP) and the netcode was awful. I feel like Battlefield as an IP has tons of potential but there's always something they screw up with each release.

I loved three and four, barely played five, skipped one, and wouldn’t touch hardline, so I have very high hopes for six to be good.

Last BF I really enjoyed playing was Vietnam honestly. BF2 started the whole ranks and unlocks thing and now they are all about the ranks and unlocking. I prefer a simple game where everybody has access to the same **** from day 1.

I feel like after Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 3 they went down hill. I am hoping battlefield 6 brings the series back to life.

I haven't enjoyed a Battlefield since 4 so I'm hoping they've learned and went back to that. From what they've shown so far I'm cautiously optimistic, 128 players looks amazing though.

I hope its will be more like 4. I will not take it, if 2042 will be casul and dull like 1 and 5. For now, im playing SQAD and god, that a nice and social game it is.

Can't wait at all. It's a true update to battlefield and back to the roots. I'm super excited to hear more about hazard zone as well. And the leaks about the battlefield hub mode sounds amazing if true.

its going to be a reskinned bf4 , ea learned alot about cod and the money they are making. but atleast it will be fun but nothing gaming changing new like playing commander from a tablet.

The most important things DICE needs to get right are:
1. Server performance, hitreg and tickrate. This is no joke with 128 players. It'll be crazy to see if they can get to 45-60hz tickrate.
2. Optimization. Again, with 128 players, I'm a bit nervous about the framerates that we'll be getting. Usually battlefield games are pretty well optimized, but this is uncharted territory.
If they can get these two things right, we've got a good game on our hands.

I'm actually super excited to play the new conquest mode. Capturing multiple zones for the flag makes sense and should keep the action flowing. Hopefully they add incentives to fight as a united front and move flag to flag in a tug of war type game.

So I see that they're going to be including "up to 64" bots in multiplayer matches to fill unused spots. I was very excited for BF6 but this definitely lessens the hype for me. Really hope there are servers without any.

I agree with server performance but I would also say ensure that you won't run around forever looking for people. Maps need to be active so players can actually play the game.
