Hello, i registerd today a brand new RTX 3060, i uploaded the invoice. 
 
If i go to my products and press Details, the Step up option says im not allowed. 
 
This graphic card is still brand new on my desk. 
 
Can someone look into this issue
 
Purchase Date*: 05/31/2021
Date Registered: 6/4/2021 12:56:44 AM
 
Length: 3 years from date of purchase
Status: In Warranty
Days Left: 1092

Start a new Step-Up. Days Left 86
No Step-Up Allowed.
