I'm currently using 1050 ti and because you can't get GPU's at this time. I was wondering how much OC I can push on my old 1050 ti witch is using MOBO power and doesn't have an external power connector.

My Msi aero overclocks to +500 mem, 150+ core.

Thanks for the info.  Might try to extend the 1050TI (that I stole from a friend) a little longer and wait for the 30 series to come back to reality.

I was able to go as high as a +234 offset on the core clock, but that is pushing way too hard, as for the memory I just went with what I felt would be a good start based off of information from various sources.

Here are my Precision XOC 6.0.9 presets with the Aggressive Fan curve.

               GPU       Memory
    1.  143          350
    2.  156          375
    3.  169          400
    4.  182          425
    5.  195          450
    6.  208          475
    7.  221          500
I typically run stock clocks unless needed, but even then just one of the first three presets.

Keep in mind, I have a factory non-overclocked 1050 Ti, so one would need to factor that in when looking at my results and should use the below as an approach.
#1 Increase the core clock in +13 MHz increments.
Test each +13 MHz increase by running bench on each increase.
If you crash/start to see artifacts back off the core clock -13 until stable.

#2 Increase memory clock in +100 MHz increments.
Test each +100 MHz increase by running bench on each increase.
If you crash/start to see artifacts back off the memory clock -50 until stable.

#3 Apply max core & memory clock together and run bench for 10 minutes.
If no crash/artifacts occur you're good to go.
If you crash/artifact back off the memory -50 until stable.
