Don’t be afraid to scroll through the thread before replying. Bob, quoted merely two posts above yours, and posted on the first page, gave a very detailed response that is helpful to members.

User Control Panel (top-right of this page) -> Edit Profile -> Feature Preferences -> Uncheck "Always Subscribe when posting" in the Posting Preference section -> Save Profile.

yeah you can do in user settings but like the post says is there anyway to stop the auto subscription to any post you type in it gets really spammy and annoying to get all these emails. And i dont really want to send it to the junk inbox.

yeah go to settings and unsubscribe when it says threads.
Disengage the cortex
Rewire the mainframe
and voila.
