What time does the step-up window end?

I bought a 3070 on March 5, and if I understand correctly, my 90 day step-up ends on June 3. With the 3080Ti releasing tomorrow morning, does anyone know what time the step up window ends? Does it end at 0:00 PDT or 23:59 PDT (or somewhere in between)? 
 
Guess the same question applies for the extended warranty upgrade deadline.

    Not sure, but EVGA seem like pretty stand up guys, I'm sure if the time window you missed out on was less than 24 hours they would most likely extend you the courtesy of recognising it.

    Not sure, but EVGA seem like pretty stand up guys, I'm sure if the time window you missed out on was less than 24 hours they would most likely extend you the courtesy of recognising it.

    Unfortunately this is not the case and we do not make any exceptions once the 90 day window has expired.

    I submitted my request 2 weeks ago, if I don't get a response back before the 90 day window, what happens?

    Once your request is submitted, the window doesn’t end, you just wait for the notification that your product is ready for step up.

    The 90 day window is only for initiating the process. No one can initiate the process after the 90 day window closes.
