Negative. Look at some performance comparisons. When the GT 710 came out, it matched the highest-end integrated graphics. The only integrated graphics that it beat was the lower-end integrated graphics at that time. During the last 6 years, the GT 710 has only got worse compared to modern integrated graphics.  Intel HD 6200 kicks its butt.

GT 710 and GT 1030 are decent choices if you don't want to compromise or have to try find in stock for a worse CPU with integrated graphics (I'm talking about AMD here, if you're talking about Intel, then it's easy), although it seems like a better choice to go for GT 1030 if you want to get a temporary graphics card. Although, if you are going to go intel; just use their new 11th gen integrated graphics as they are actually pretty decent.

Edit: If you are looking at these for permanent graphics cards then they are not really worth it, go for integrated graphics instead and get a good GPU when you can afford it.

I had experience of such use. Really built-in graphics are modern, much better.

Depends. If your running amd cpu and needs a gpu for office work…then it’s fine. I have a rig with a 5900x and a 1050 just for work.
